Terms of Use

Fifty Slip is operated by FiftyDesk LLC. These terms apply to fiftyslip.com and fiftydesk.com, including their www versions, and our contractor lead services. When you submit the signup form and accept these terms, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.

1. Who the service is for

Fifty Slip provides roofing, siding, and window leads to contractors. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business you enter. Provide accurate contact information, service areas, and trade selections, and let us know when they change.

2. Signup and service confirmation

Submitting the form requests service. We confirm your territory, lead preferences, and delivery arrangements before sending real slips. Availability depends on the projects generated in your selected areas. Signup does not guarantee a particular volume of leads.

There is no monthly fee, no ongoing service contract, and no card on the signup form. Your signup and sample desk do not charge a card.

3. Lead types and prices

Residential prices apply to roofing, siding, and window leads. Prices are in US dollars:

• Residential Answered: $50. They pick up. No no calls. No no shows. No thin leads.
• Residential Set: $75. Qualified, appointment on the calendar.
• Commercial Answered: $90. They answer.
• Commercial Confirmed and set: $275. Warm commercial lead with notes, qualified, confirmed, and already on the calendar.

An answered slip means the prospect answered our contact. A set slip includes qualification and an appointment on the calendar.

You pay the confirmed price when a real slip is delivered. We confirm payment arrangements before real service begins. Any future price changes apply only to future slips after notice and confirmation.

4. Replacements and refunds

If the homeowner or commercial project contact cancels, we replace the slip. Contact info@fiftyslip.com with the slip details so we can arrange its replacement. A cancellation results in a replacement slip rather than a cash refund.

If you cannot close the project, the delivered slip is nonrefundable. Lead delivery does not guarantee a sale, job value, profit, financing approval, or any particular outcome.

5. Contractor responsibilities

You are responsible for your follow up, estimates, appointments, workmanship, licensing, insurance, and agreements with customers. Use prospect information only to respond to the requested project. Do not resell it, publish it, or use it for unrelated marketing. Honor requests to stop contact and follow the laws that apply to your communications and services.

Fifty Slip provides lead services and does not perform or supervise the construction work.

6. Pausing service and the sample desk

Contact info@fiftyslip.com to arrange a pause or stop future real deliveries. Slips delivered before the pause takes effect remain payable under these terms.

The sample desk, sample bill, sample contacts, arriving slips, and pause controls are demonstrations. They do not create charges, represent live leads, or change a real service arrangement.

7. Website and examples

Calculator results and sample jobs are illustrations based on the inputs shown. They are not earnings promises. Website access can be interrupted, and third party services may be unavailable. Do not submit false information, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access.

Website content belongs to FiftyDesk LLC or its licensors. You may use it to evaluate our services. Other copying or commercial reuse requires permission.

8. Privacy, changes, and contact

Our Privacy Policy explains how information from this website is handled. The signup form records your acceptance of these terms and acknowledgment of that policy.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Changes do not alter charges or replacement obligations for slips already delivered. Material changes to ongoing service will be communicated before they take effect.
