Fifty Slip is operated by FiftyDesk LLC. This policy explains how information is handled on fiftyslip.com and fiftydesk.com, including their www versions, the contractor signup form, and sample desk. It covers these contractor websites. Separate homeowner lead collection forms and other services may have their own privacy notices.
1. Information you provide
The signup form collects your company, name, mobile number, email address, service areas, trades, selected slip types, and preferred delivery pace. It also sends the terms version, your acceptance of the Terms of Use, and your acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy. We receive the information you include when you email us.
The form does not collect a payment card, bank account number, or Social Security number. Please do not send sensitive financial information through this form.
2. How we use information
We use your information to respond to your signup, confirm your territory and preferences, coordinate lead delivery, handle support and replacement requests, and manage related business records. We may contact you using the phone number or email address you provide about your request or service.
Submitting this contractor form does not authorize unrelated promotional messages from other businesses.
3. Form delivery and service providers
The form sends your submission through FormSubmit to info@fiftyslip.com. FormSubmit processes the information to deliver the email and handles information under its published privacy terms. Our email and website providers also process information needed to operate their services.
We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to respond to fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. These disclosures are separate from using information to fulfill your service request.
4. Information saved in your browser
After a successful signup, this website saves your signup details and sample desk state in your browser’s local storage. This allows the sample desk to return when you revisit using the same browser.
Other people using that browser may be able to see the saved signup details. The sample desk’s “Leave the bench” control clears this website’s saved demo information after confirmation. You can also remove it through your browser’s site data settings.
Clearing the sample desk or browser data does not delete a submission already emailed to us or information retained by a service provider.
5. Fonts, technical information, and tracking
The page loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request them, which exposes technical request information such as your IP address and browser information to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy for its information practices.
Our website and service providers may process technical request information to deliver the site, maintain security, and troubleshoot problems.
The current page does not include advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Its code does not set advertising cookies or change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third party services have their own information practices.
6. Records and security
Signup submissions and related correspondence may remain in our email and business records for service coordination, billing, support, and applicable recordkeeping needs. Service providers may retain their own records under their policies.
No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. Avoid entering sensitive information that the signup form does not request.
7. Your choices and requests
You can choose not to submit the form, although we need the requested details to process a signup. Email info@fiftyslip.com to correct your information, request access or deletion, or ask us to stop nonessential communications.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, billing, dispute resolution, or security. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
8. Children, changes, and contact
This website is intended for adult contractor business representatives and is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can address it.
We will post changes to this policy with an updated effective date. Material changes to how previously collected information is used will be handled as required by applicable law.
